Feeling Better the Next Day

Day 22 felt surprisingly good. After yesterday’s vaccination, I had been careful not to expect too much from myself. The sensible approach seemed to be taking things slowly, paying attention to how my body reacted, and avoiding the temptation to push through just because I happened to feel fine. Fortunately, the day after the vaccination brought no major problems. I felt well enough to move around more than I did the previous day, which was an encouraging sign.

A Slightly Longer Walk

I ended up walking 4.35 kilometres and recorded 6,141 steps. That was slightly more than yesterday, and it felt like a comfortable increase rather than an overly ambitious one. The distance was enough to make the day feel active, but not so much that I felt I was testing my limits.

Tomorrow, is Sunday, which is always my rest day. I will aim for a 30 min walk tomorrow.
