Day 25: Finding More Speed on the Run

A Stronger Running Day
Day 25 turned out to be a really positive running day. Compared with yesterday, I felt noticeably faster and more comfortable moving at a quicker pace. The final average came in at 7:26 per kilometre, which felt like a satisfying improvement.
I managed to complete 8.37 kilometres in total. That distance felt especially rewarding because the session was not just about continuously running from start to finish. There were a few pauses, some slower periods, and plenty of time spent doing something else entirely: filming videos.
Balancing Running and Filming
Today’s run included quite a bit of filming, which naturally changed the rhythm of the session. I stopped to record different moments, think about what to capture, and set things up properly.
Feeling slightly quicker than the day before gives me motivation to continue. It also shows that rest and patience can work together with effort.
