Day 16: Sunday is Rest Day, but with a Gentle Walk

A Rest Day with a Little Movement
Sunday was day 16, and it was time for a well-earned rest day. However, taking a rest day does not always mean sitting completely still. For me, it means slowing down, avoiding intense exercise, and allowing some gentle movement to keep my body feeling fresh.
That is exactly what I did this Sunday. I went for my usual 30-minute walk, keeping the pace comfortable and relaxed. The goal was simply to get outside, enjoy the movement, and maintain a little consistency without turning the walk into a workout.
Sunday’s Walking Results
Even though the walk was easygoing, it still added up to a solid amount of movement. By the end of the walk, I had recorded 3,999 steps and covered a distance of 2.91 kilometres.
